A typical day as an Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll work with businesses to understand their technical and safety training needs, providing tailored solutions that help them meet compliance, safety, and operational goals. You’ll be the trusted expert who helps clients make informed decisions on training, equipment, and workplace safety.

You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.

What you’ll be doing

• Meeting with clients to identify their technical training and safety needs.

• Develop training solutions based on industry-leading offering

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they return time and time again.

• Represent HSS Training at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create training packages that meet evolving market needs.

• Provide technical guidance on product and service offerings, ensuring clients receive the best solutions.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who knows how to get things done and works well with others to make it happen.

• Relevant experience in sales or technical consultancy.

• A passion for workplace safety and training solutions.

• The ability to translate technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand advice.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A proactive approach to building relationships and driving business growth.

• The ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders

• The ability to work towards and overachieve KPIs and targets
